Wallpapers - Save the image to your computer and place it in C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper. This will add the wallpaper to the list of your computer's desktop backgrounds, which can be accessed by any user on your computer. Alternatively you can just browse for the saved wallpaper.
