I originally drew this character for a comic I was making, but scrapped the comic when I admitted to myself I was ripping off too many other things. I held onto the character, thinking I could still use him in a project someday. For years, I worked on writing a big, elaborate story featuring several characters I designed with intertwining destinies. That is, each character would have their own story, then they'd eventually be connected to make it one huge story with multiple perspectives. Anyway, I drew this as some 'fancy cutscene artwork' for a Flash game I made. This drawing was shown upon beating the game where Kazushi escapes a puzzle-filled dungeon.
