I updated the header and footer to say 2004-2014, now get off my back! Meanwhile, I've done nothing productive this month and I don't think I did anything in December either. Perhaps I will make something so I can say I made something.

Forum titles are a thing now. Of course, everyone on the forum is surely already aware of this! These are the ones I've made so far this week. I'll be making more at inconsistent timeframes.

Also, I done went and made a new C-Mix comic, which is my first one for the year. As for February, I did do something despite the lack of announcement. I was working on a music video for a song from Overclocked Remix by Sir Jordanius and halc. Unfortunately, I haven't touched it since February 14th since I've been kinda busier and stuff lately, and I will soon be even busier. I do plan to finish it (I'm sure we've all heard that one before), but it'll have to wait for now.

Cloudflash-wise, I still haven't done anything new, but I felt I should post an announcement so that the 2014 archives don't look barren. It was mere days after my last announcement that I left the country. A month later, I returned with my fiancee. By that time, it was just about May. Now, we could point fingers at who could've been working on what project, but we could be here for hours doing that and not figure out who the real culprit is. As June rolled in, we prepared for our wedding, which was attended by Cloudflashians Skutieos, Hisho, and Elsocko. Now it's July and I'm trying to focus on getting Felicia's immigration paperwork completed and submitted so that she can actually stay in Canada since she is technically only visiting right now. Oh, and we have less than two weeks to do that because one of the necessary documents we must include has an expiry date. Meanwhile, I still have a job and other problems to solve, which is my excuse for having not worked on any of my projects lately. I'll get to some things eventually, but it will probably be a while.

I just finished making an entire 1 comic to celebrate this momentous occasion. I think this is the first time I didn't take a day off work for Cloudflash's anniversary, so this is all very last second. However, it is not yet midnight in my time zone, so this post is still valid. It seems like I just haven't had the same time for my projects these days. I remember 10 years ago, I used to spend as much spare time as possible working on this site or making dinky little Flash movies. Nowadays, I can barely find the motivation to spend 10 minutes improving things or adding new content! That being the case, it is with great regret that I announce that Cloudflash shall be shut down due to being pointless and uninspired. Don't worry, I'm just messing with you. I'll continue wasting money on keeping this site hosted even if I'm not doing much with it. The internet is a part of me and I'd like to be a part of the internet, too. Hopefully Cloudflash will one day emerge as a beautiful butterfly in this big ol' world wide web.

I've really got my work cut out for me in real life, but I assure you that some day I will eventually get back to work on some projects, no matter how little credibility that statement has. I wouldn't get my hopes up, though. For the past few years, the trend seems to be that I have less and less to show each year. Well, at least there was a small Cloudflash meetup this year for my wedding. It'll be pretty hard to top that, so I might as well not even try! Anyway, hopefully I'll get something else done this year. Ideally, I want to provide a reason for people to bother sticking around here.

I'm still working on dealing with important real life things, so you can basically expect nothing from me for weeks to come. I did, however, do some work on ACE Character Designer today. I haven't touched it since May. Last time I did, I screwed up a bunch of stuff since I was changing the way hairstyles work and also adding a new GUI. I lost motivation back then since it'd take hours to fix/update all that and ACE wouldn't be usable until I did, which meant I couldn't really add anything new on a whim, which further lowered my motivation. Anyway, I just spent a few hours getting all that out of the way, so I might start adding a few things here and there now that it's functional again.

And so concludes another great* year of Cloudflash. We've once again had our fair share of thrills, chills, and spills regarding my unfinished projects. Will next year end also end on an incredibly suspenseful cliffhanger? Probably. In actual news, I just released a huge update to the A.C.E. project. Details can be found in the changelog as per usual. I dunno if anyone here cares about that project at all, but I think it's shaping up nicely. Once it's more developed, there's a good chance I'll work on other projects again. I always have a hard time thinking up decent character designs, but A.C.E. makes it fun and easy! 9 out of 10 dentists recommend it! Wrappy New Year, everyone!
